Zaragoza made a great start and took a 14-point lead early in the second quarter (23-37). But, the “Blaugrana” turned things around and cut the deficit to one (52-51).

The hosts retained their lead until the middle of the fourth quarter, but Barcelona took over after that.

With six minutes to go, they were in front by two (77-79) and sealed the deal in the remaining time. Zaragoza attempted to “steal” the win, yet they ran out of time and came up short.

Adam Hanga led the winners with 15 points and five rebounds. Thomas Heurtel made a double-double (14 points and 13 assists) for Barcelona.

Stan Okoye had 22 points and 11 boards for Zaragoza, which dropped to 14-13.
