Cedevita defended its home court and prevailed over Buducnost (90-83), coming one step closer to the ABA League Finals (1-0).

Following a close first half (37-38), the hosts took control of the game and outscored their opponents 53-45 in the last 20 minutes to seal the deal.

Four players scored in double figures for the winners, with Justin Cobbs having a game-high 23 points.

On the other hand, Earl Clark (23 points) and Norris Cole (13 points) were the best players of the defending champions.

Game 2 will be played on Sunday (31/03) in Podgorica. Buducnost will try to tie the series and force a Game 3, whereas Cedevita will want to earn the win and return to the Finals for the first time since 2017.
