The Portland Trail Blazers led by as many as 24 points and dominated the Golden State Warriors at home (129-107).

Although it was a close game for three quarters, the hosts closed the match on a 31-8 run and never looked back. The Blazers outscored the defending champions 35-12 in the final 10 minutes and triumphed over the Warriors.

Eight players scored in double figures for the winners, with Damian Lillard having a team-high 29 points and eight assists. On the other hand, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant scored 32 points apiece for the losing squad.

Portland improved to 34-23, whereas Golden State dropped to 41-16.
