According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, power forward/center Kristaps Porzingis will sign the qualifying offer for the Dallas Mavericks in restricted free agency during the upcoming offseason.
Porzingis had an opportunity to sign the contract extension with the New York Knicks last summer, but both sides couldn’t reach an agreement.
