Besiktas is busy making a strong roster for the upcoming season. After Mario Austin and Mire Chatman club from Istanbul brought in experienced serbian center Jovo Stanojevic (30 years), former player of Partizan and Red Star.
Stanojevic started the 2007/2008. season in Belgrade club Mega Aqua Monta, but soon transfered to Prokom Trefl Sopot. He had decent form in Poland and helped the club to win the domestic championship. Previosly Jovo Stanojevic played in Alba Berlin where he was pronounced as the best Bundesliga player two times.
