Two-time EuroLeague champion with Maccabi Tel-Aviv, Yotam Halperin, announced today his decision to retire from professional basketball.
The 34-year-old guard will remain with Hapoel Jerusalem, with which he spent the last five seasons, and will become an executive.
Halperin won the EuroLeague title twice with Maccabi Tel-Aviv (2004, 2005), while he also played for Olympiacos and Bayern Munich, among other clubs.
