LeBron James will not exercise his current contract option with the Cleveland Cavaliers and will be a free agent, multiple reports say.
James’ agent informed the Cavs of the option, worth $35.6 million option and thus will become an unrestricted free agent, which will undoubtedly cause a massive stir amongst NBA teams, including Cleveland.
The Los Angeles Lakers are one of the teams heavily in the mix along with the Cavs.
