Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry suffered a right ankle injury during the team’s open scrimmage, creating uncertainty about his availability for the regular-season opener.
The veteran guard left the court after experiencing discomfort in his right leg, although initial reports suggest the injury may not be serious.
Following the scrimmage, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr confirmed that Curry had injured his ankle but provided a positive update.
According to Kerr, Curry told him he was “fine” after leaving the court.
