As reported by all Greek media the deal between Kostas Papanikolaou and Olympiacos is considered to be done and the only thing remaining is an official announcement.
Olympiacos will pay a buyout of about one million euro to Aris, while 19-year old Papanikolaou will cash in 1.3 million in total for the next five seasons.
Papanikolaou and Tomic (assistant coach of the Reds), where guests in a Greek basketball TV show yesterday, but when asked about the deal they both answered that they know nothing about it. It is reported however that the only thing that could ruin the transfer is a possible involvement of Panathinaikos in the last second.
