Golden State Warriors have promoted guard Pat Spencer from a two-way contract to a standard NBA deal, according to sources who spoke with Jake Fischer of The People’s Insider.

Spencer has appeared regularly this season and is averaging 5.8 points and 2.9 assists, production that helped earn him a full-time roster spot with Golden State.

The Warriors are also expected to add Lonzo Ball, who became available after reaching a buyout agreement with the Utah Jazz on Thursday. Ball is averaging 4.6 points and 4.0 rebounds this season.

With Spencer converted and Ball likely to be signed, Golden State is operating near full capacity, as the team currently has 14 players on its roster.
