Just days after being selected the overall first pick in the NBA Draft, a cousin of Philadelphia 76ers’ Ben Simmons has been killed.
21-year-old Zachary Simmons was struck by a car on Saturday morning in Hoboken, New Jersey.
The driver of the vehicle reportedly fled the scene.
Zachary was present at cousin Ben’s Draft night and he posted a simple, yet powerful picture on his Twitter page.
RIP, Zachary.
