Here’s Oklahoma City Thunder big man Isaiah Hartenstein on the maturity/confidence of sophomore Ajay Mitchell (averaging 18.3 PPG/4.8 RPG/3.5 APG/1.0 SPG/0.8 TOV/47.5% FG/53.5% 2-PT/31.3% 3-PT/100% FT/27.3 MPG/+2.8 +/- off the bench through four games).
(via Oklahoma City Thunder):
“I think he’s just very mature. I think that’s what I saw from day one. I think that’s the luxury you get when you draft a guy who’s a little older. He has confidence. He doesn’t shy away from the game. He approaches the game the right way. And I think that’s why you see how comfortable he is right now cuz he approaches the game the right way, he knows how to play it, and he’s confident.”
