Jaden Ivey: Going through different head coaches hasn’t been easy

Detroit Pistons third-year guard Jaden Ivey certainly thinks it’s been difficult having a new head coach/system every season, but he does understand that’s what makes players become true pros (coached by Dwane Casey, Monty Williams, and now JB Bickerstaff).

(via Detroit Pistons):

“It’s not easy. It’s not easy at all. Anybody can attest to that, having three head coaches, different systems every single year. It’s not easy, but that’s what makes you a pro is being able to adjust to whatever system it is and figuring out a way to affect it on the court. And so, I think that’s what I’ve had to do and obviously teammates as well who have been here. I know Stew (Isaiah Stewart) has had a lot of different coaches since he’s been here. So I think as far as that goes, that’s just being able to adjust and be a pro.”
