The Dallas Mavericks have signed Kessler Edwards to a two-way NBA contract.
NBA insider Shams Charania reported the deal, which includes a two-way arrangement.
Edwards, a free-agent forward, previously played for the Brooklyn Nets and Sacramento Kings.
Over three NBA seasons, Edwards has averaged 3.5 points and 11.9 minutes per game.
This past season, the 23-year-old appeared in 54 games for the Kings.
During the 2023-24 season, he averaged 1.7 points and 0.8 rebounds per game.
Edwards’ role with the Mavericks is expected to include a mix of NBA and G League play.
