Westbrook joins the Nuggets after a stint with the Los Angeles Clippers.
He was traded to the Utah Jazz, where he agreed on a buyout before signing with Denver.
Westbrook has the strong support of three-time MVP Nikola Jokic.
This past season, Westbrook averaged 11.1 points, 5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game. He played 22.5 minutes per game off the bench.
Westbrook’s addition aims to bolster the Nuggets’ roster depth.
