Russell Westbrook has signed a two-year, $6.8 million contract with the Denver Nuggets.

This deal includes a player option for the 2025-26 season.

NBA insider Shams Charania broke the news of Westbrook’s signing.

Westbrook joins the Nuggets after a stint with the Los Angeles Clippers.

He was traded to the Utah Jazz, where he agreed on a buyout before signing with Denver.

Westbrook has the strong support of three-time MVP Nikola Jokic.

This past season, Westbrook averaged 11.1 points, 5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game. He played 22.5 minutes per game off the bench.

Westbrook’s addition aims to bolster the Nuggets’ roster depth.
