Turner and Siakam combine for 59 points as Pacers crush Hawks

Myles Turner and Pascal Siakam combined for 59 points, as the Indiana Pacers (47-35) cruised to a commanding 157-115 victory over the Atlanta Hawks (36-46) on Sunday.

Turner scored 31 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, while Siakam finished the game with 28 points and six rebounds.

Tyrese Haliburton contributed a double-double with 12 points and 13 assists, while T.J. McConnell added 17 points and eight assists off the bench.

The Pacers’ emphatic win secured them the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference, avoiding the play-in tournament and setting up a first-round series against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Dejounte Murray led the scoring for the Hawks with 32 points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Pacers’ dominant performance.

Bogdan Bogdanovic and Mouhamed Gueye provided support for Murray with 18 and 19 points respectively. Gueye also grabbed nine rebounds. Trae Young had 12 points and 12 assists.

Despite the Hawks’ efforts, they trailed significantly throughout the game, unable to mount a comeback in the face of Indiana’s offensive firepower.
