Kyrie Irving provided crucial support for Dallas, contributing 23 points to secure the much-needed victory.
Despite Miami’s strong offensive performance, with Terry Rozier leading the charge with 27 points and 11 assists, the Heat couldn’t withstand the Mavericks’ late surge.
Duncan Robinson’s 19 points and Jimmy Butler’s 14-point contribution weren’t enough to halt the Mavericks’ momentum.
The Heat’s loss was further compounded by the absence of key players, including Tyler Herro and Josh Richardson, due to injuries.
