Pacers offense overwhelms Mavericks

In a high-scoring showdown, the Indiana Pacers (35-28) overpowered the Dallas Mavericks (34-28) en route to a commanding 137-120 victory on Tuesday night.

Led by a balanced scoring effort and a dominant first-half performance from Myles Turner, who tallied all 20 of his points before halftime, the Pacers surged past the Mavericks despite Luka Doncic’s impressive 39-point triple-double.

Doncic’s remarkable individual display was not enough to halt the Pacers’ offensive onslaught, as Indiana boasted nine players in double figures, including a strong contribution from their bench, which outscored Dallas’ reserves 69-32.

Indiana’s All-Star point guard Tyrese Haliburton finished the game with 19 points and 11 assists. Bennedict Mathurin provided a significant spark off the bench for the Pacers, contributing 19 points to complement Pascal Siakam’s double-double performance of 13 points and 13 rebounds.

Kyrie Irving complemented Doncic’s effort with 23 points, while newcomers P.J. Washington (20 points, 7 rebounds) and Daniel Gafford (16 points, 10 rebound) contributed significantly as well.
