Former first-round pick Harry Giles is set to sign a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Giles, who returned to the NBA in the 2023/24 season after missing two full seasons due to knee injuries, initially joined the Brooklyn Nets on a non-guaranteed, minimum-salary contract.

His full salary was guaranteed after remaining on the roster through January 7. Giles played in 16 games for the Nets, averaging 5.1 minutes per night and contributing 3.4 points and 1.6 rebounds per game in a limited role.

The 25-year-old forward/center was waived by the Nets last month as part of a trade before the deadline.
