Damian Lillard, the star of the Portland Trail Blazers, was interviewed about his young teammates. In his interview, Lillard was very proud of these players and their progress.
“They growing up right in front of our eyes … How many games has it been? 12 or 13 games now, when they come in the game I’m expecting certain things and they’re delivering every time,” Lillard said when talking about Anfernee Simmons, Gary Trent Jr., Nassir Little, and Harry Giles III.
In Portland’s latest win against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Trent Jr. had 19 points, while Simmons and Little added 15 and 13 respectively.
