Jayson Tatum explodes for 41 points as Celtics overpower Nets

Jayson Tatum unleashed a scoring barrage, erupting for 41 points to lead the Boston Celtics (42-12) to a 118-110 victory over the Brooklyn Nets (21-32). Tatum’s offensive brilliance, coupled with 14 rebounds, propelled the Celtics to their fifth consecutive win.

Jaylen Brown supported Tatum’s efforts by scoring 19 points. Boston’s victory was also underscored by strong contributions from Al Horford and Derrick White, who each chipped in with 16 points.

While the Nets struggled to contain Tatum’s offensive onslaught, they received solid performances from Mikal Bridges (27 points) and Cam Thomas (26 points).

Despite a late surge from the Nets, Tatum and the Celtics maintained their composure, fending off any potential comeback to secure the win.

With Kristaps Porzingis sidelined due to injury, the Celtics showcased their resilience, seamlessly adjusting their lineup as they continue to assert their dominance in the Eastern Conference.
