Thompson, Curry combine for 51 points as Warriors dominate Jazz

Klay Thompson’s 26 points and Stephen Curry’s explosive fourth-quarter display propelled the Golden State Warriors (26-25) to a commanding 129-107 victory over the Utah Jazz (26-28) on Monday night.

Despite the absence of coach Steve Kerr, attending the funeral service for assistant coach Dejan Milojevic, the Warriors showcased their resilience under assistant coach Kenny Atkinson’s leadership, securing their fifth consecutive win.

Curry’s remarkable shooting performance, highlighted by five crucial 3-pointers in the fourth quarter.

Golden State had Andrew Wiggins add 17 points, while Jonathan Kuminga contributed 14, and Draymond Green was close to triple-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.

Despite a strong start from the Jazz, the Warriors’ relentless perimeter shooting and defensive prowess propelled them to a halftime lead of 63-55.

Jordan Clarkson and Collin Sexton led the scoring for the Jazz with 22 points each, but their efforts were overshadowed by the Warriors’ collective offensive onslaught.
