Mitchell, Mobley, Allen dominate as Cavaliers overwhelm Spurs

Donovan Mitchell, Evan Mobley, and Jarrett Allen led the Cleveland Cavaliers (31-16) to a commanding 117-99 victory over the struggling San Antonio Spurs (10-40).

Mitchell scored game-high 31 points, while Mobley had double-double of 28 points and 10 rebounds. Allen contributed significantly with 26 points and 16 rebounds.

San Antonio struggled throughout the game, with Victor Wembanyama recording 19 points and 14 rebounds, while Devin Vassell led the Spurs with 22 points. However, the team’s performance fell short, resulting in a fourth consecutive loss and the 10th defeat in 13 games.

The game did not conclude without drama, as Mitchell and San Antonio’s Zach Collins were ejected in the closing minute after a physical altercation. Mitchell retaliated to an elbow from Collins.
