Kings stage comeback, defeat injury-plagued Grizzlies

In a thrilling comeback, the Sacramento Kings (27-18) secured a 103-94 victory over the injury-plagued Memphis Grizzlies (18-29), led by Domantas Sabonis’ career-high 26 rebounds and 20 points. De’Aaron Fox’s 23 points complemented Sabonis’ historic performance, marking the Kings’ fourth straight win.

Sabonis became only the second player in NBA history with at least 20 points, 25 rebounds, five assists, and a shooting percentage of 90% or better—joining the legendary Wilt Chamberlain.

The Kings showcased resilience, holding Memphis scoreless over the final three minutes, while Kevin Huerter contributed 17 points.

Jaren Jackson Jr. led the Grizzlies with 22 points, and Santi Aldama added 16, but it wasn’t enough to withstand Sacramento’s late surge.

Playing with a short-handed roster due to injuries, the Grizzlies listed 11 players out against the Kings.
