Pacers secure victory, clinch regular season series against 76ers

The Indiana Pacers (25-20) dominated Thursday night’s matchup, securing a 134-122 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers (29-14) and clinching the regular season series.

Pascal Siakam, traded from Toronto to the Pacers last week, recorded a triple-double with 26 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists. The Pacers never trailed in a game that snapped their three-game losing streak.

This win held special significance for Siakam, as it marked his first victory since joining the Pacers, and it came against his former coach, Nick Nurse.

Miles Turner added 20 points and nine rebounds for Indiana, while Andrew Nembhard contributed 19 points and eight assists.

Facing the reigning MVP Joel Embiid, who had recently set a franchise record with 70 points, the Pacers showcased their prowess.

Despite Embiid’s 31 points and seven rebounds, the 76ers couldn’t overcome the Pacers’ dominance. Tyrese Maxey scored 22 points on 7 for 17 shooting.
