Following his outstanding display with 34 points in the Los Angeles Lakers’ dominating 134-110 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers, D’Angelo Russell revealed his unique scoring “superpower.”

Russell, who, along with LeBron James, contributed significantly to the Lakers’ fourth-quarter dominance, spoke about his scoring prowess after the game.

“Ever since I was a young kid, I always found myself kinda getting hot throughout the game where I might score five, six points right away. Maybe score 10 in a quarter or something like that and score 10, 12 points the last three minutes of the game. It’s just my superpower,” Russell said, via HoopsHype.

In addition to his scoring, Russell showcased his skills with a memorable behind-the-back fake pass to James on a fast break, finishing with a layin. He also threw a lob off the floor to James in another fast break, highlighting his versatility.
