Tatum, Holiday, Brown propel Celtics to dominant win over Spurs

In a commanding performance on their home court, the Boston Celtics (22-9) secured a comfortable 117-98 win over the San Antonio Spurs (7-33), maintaining their perfect 20-0 home record this season.

Jayson Tatum led the scoring for Boston with 24 points, complemented by Jaylen Brown’s 21 points in his return from a one-game absence. Jrue Holiday contributed 22 points, propelling the Celtics to their third consecutive victory.

Victor Wembanyama (27 points) has been on a minutes restriction since his ankle injury in December. Although allowed 27 minutes in this game, he won’t play both nights of a back-to-back, choosing to sit out the upcoming game against Charlotte and play against Washington on Saturday.

The Celtics played without Kristaps Porzingis (right knee inflammation) and Derrick White (left ankle sprain).
