In a bid to revitalize their performance, the Golden State Warriors are exploring the prospect of adding a scoring seven-footer to their roster, according to insights from Tim Kawakami of The Athletic.

Kawakami, on the Willard and Dibs podcast, revealed that discussions within the Warriors organization are leaning towards acquiring a proficient seven-foot player to inject additional scoring power into the team.

“There has been some talk about maybe just go get a 7-footer who can score,” he said.

Known for their dynamic small-ball lineups, the Warriors are considering a strategic shift to incorporate a taller, scoring presence that can make a significant impact on both ends of the court.

Presently, the Warriors lack a true center or any player standing at the seven-foot mark on their roster. The tallest individual is Dario Saric, measuring in at 6’10”.
