Reporter: “I know you said you’re not a center, but you’ve been having to play that. Obviously with Charles [Bassey] being out, that probably affects some things. How have you adapted to that, guarding more fives and having a little bit more space to operate?”
Wembanyama: “Of course it’s different and it’s new, but I’m ready to get any role and play any position, especially with our offense. I might be the five on paper, but I’m the one 30% of the time. I love how we play, how I get the opportunity also to share to my teammates and be a central point in the offense. So, the position really doesn’t matter.”
