The Memphis Grizzlies are gearing up to have their complete lineup for the first time this season. Ja Morant’s suspension has ended, and he’s set to play on Tuesday. Additionally, Marcus Smart is on track to return later this week.
Smart has been actively participating in scrimmages in recent days, and according to Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins, the experienced guard is likely to make his comeback either in Thursday’s game against the Indiana Pacers or Saturday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks.
Having been absent for the last 14 games due to a severe ankle sprain, Smart’s return, alongside Morant, will bring the Grizzlies’ lineup closer to what Jenkins had initially envisioned for the season.
