In a dominant display, LeBron James propelled the Los Angeles Lakers (14-9) to a commanding 133-89 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans (12-11), securing a spot in the NBA In-Season Tournament Final.

James, with 30 points in under three quarters, led the Lakers to the championship game against the Indiana Pacers. The final won’t impact regular-season standings.

Contributions from Austin Reaves, Anthony Davis (16 points, 15 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks), and Taurean Prince fueled the Lakers’ well-rounded performance.

“I don’t think we have another one in our league that can … guard 1 through 5, and we know that he can get a stop. He’s been doing it for so long, I think it’s taken for granted by our league. When we talk about Defensive Player of the Year…” James praised Davis after the game, via Mike Trudell.
