Josh Giddey’s reported underage encounter was a one-night occurrence

Two years ago, Josh Giddey reportedly had an encounter with a girl who is now claiming to be underage. They spent just one night together after meeting at a nightclub in 2021.

Sources from Code Sports suggest that Giddey, the Oklahoma City Thunder guard, thought the California teen he was photographed with shirtless was 19.

The identified Oklahoma City club, where they met, has an entry policy for individuals over 18. Upon realizing the girl’s true age the following day, Giddey reportedly ended the relationship.

It’s worth noting that the age of consent in Oklahoma is 16, while in California, it is 18.
