In a challenging 131-110 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans, the Dallas Mavericks faced struggles throughout their NBA In-Season Tournament matchup on Tuesday night.
Luka Doncic did not mince words when expressing his dissatisfaction with the tournament’s specially laid court.
Doncic, who finished the game with 16 points, complained about the slippery and inconsistent playing surface.
“I mean, outside of all the colors, the court today was really bad,” the Slovenian superstar said, per Brad Townsend. “It was really slippery. And then some places the ball didn’t really bounce. So, you know, if we’re going to have these courts, we’re going to make sure it’s a stable court so you can play on it. Like in Dallas, you know? So, we had to change it.”
