In a thrilling finish, Dolomiti Energia Trento secured their first victory of the season on the road by defeating Lietkabelis 93 – 92, with Quinn Ellis making the decisive winning jumper in the final moments, leaving less than a second on the clock.
Strikingly, this basket accounted for the only points Trento scored in the last 4:45 of the game.
Quinn Ellis, the hero of the match, not only hit the game-winner but also contributed significantly with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Supporting the cause, Davide Alviti and Paul Biligha also scored 13 points each.
On the opposing side, Gediminas Orelik led Lietkabelis with 20 points, and despite a comeback effort from being down 81 – 91 halfway through the fourth period, they fell just short as Trento clinched the victory.
