Following a tumultuous summer involving Shane Larkin and the Turkish Basketball Federation, it has been officially declared that the 31-year-old guard will no longer be playing for Anadolu Efes in the BSL.

A similar situation is anticipated for Scottie Wilbekin of Fenerbahce, who also played for Turkey in the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China.

The Turkish team made a detailed statement on social media and their official website, revealing that the status of the former Brooklyn Nets and Baskonia guard has been altered for the upcoming 2023-24 season and beyond.
