The Oklahoma City Thunder have waived guard TyTy Washington Jr., the team announced today. Washington will clear waivers and become a free agent on Sunday, assuming he goes unclaimed.

During his rookie season with the Rockets, he participated in 31 games, averaging 4.7 points, 1.5 assists, and 1.5 rebounds in 14.0 minutes per game. However, his shooting performance was disappointing, with a shooting line of .363/.238/.556 across those 31 games.
