Following the recent announcement of five rising American stars joining Team USA’s training camp for the FIBA World Cup, more news has emerged about additional players set to participate in the camp.
According to Shams Charania, Knicks guard Quentin Grimes will join the U.S. Select Team, providing another talented addition to the camp’s roster of rising stars.
Additionally, as was reported earlier, Celtics guard Payton Pritchard will be part of the USA Select team that will practice and scrimmage against the Team USA roster in preparation for the World Cup.
Adrian Wojnarowski revealed that New Orleans’ Trey Murphy and Minnesota’s Naz Reid will also be part of the USA Select Team attending the training camp in Las Vegas next month.
