Virtus Bologna has bolstered its roster by officially signing Jaleen Smith to a two-year contract. The 28-year-old guard comes from ALBA Berlin, where he spent the last two seasons playing in the EuroLeague.
In the 2022-23 campaign, Smith averaged 11.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in 31 EuroLeague games.
With his ability to score from all three levels, Smith brings versatility and offensive firepower to Virtus Bologna. His impressive percentages of 47.1% on two-pointers, 37.4% from beyond the arc, and 83.6% on free throws make him a valuable asset.
