Partizan retains veteran James Nunnally

Partizan has secured a crucial piece of its roster by re-signing James Nunnally to a one-year contract, the club confirmed on Saturday.

The 33-year-old veteran played a significant role for Partizan last season, contributing 9.2 points per game while shooting 40.5% from beyond the arc in 37 EuroLeague appearances.

His performance helped the team reach the EuroLeague playoffs for the first time in over a decade. Nunnally was also instrumental in Partizan’s triumph in the ABA League, averaging 9.7 points on an impressive 51.5% shooting from three-point range.

The re-signing of Nunnally strengthens the bond between him and Partizan head coach Zeljko Obradovic. The duo previously collaborated for three seasons at Fenerbahce where they clinched EuroLeague title in 2017.
