As rumors persist with regards to Zion Williamson’s work ethic, Larry Nance Jr. came in to defend his New Orleans Pelicans teammate.
On Twitter, Nance Jr. cleared speculations around Williamson’s name and called out those who spread “fake stories” just for public exposure.
Ric Bucher of FS1 drew mixed reactions upon reporting that Williamson got no such interest to hone his offensive floater and pull-up jumper this offseason.
Williamson is currently seizing a needed offseason to redeem himself after a rough 2022-23 season. Amid being named an All-Star, Williamson was nonexistent once again on the underachieving campaign of the Pels upon just logging 29 games of play as he faced hamstring issues.
