Josh Hart on collision with Jimmy Butler and his injury

The Heat opened the Eastern Conference Semifinals with a road win against the Knicks (108-101). Jimmy Butler who led Miami in scoring with 25 points, collided with Josh Hart on his way to the basket and rolled his ankle with 5 minutes left to play in the fourth quarter.

It appeared to be a painful injury, but the 33-year-old small forward remained on the court almost until the very end of the game.

“Jimmy turned his ankle,” Hart said about the incident. “I don’t know what you guys want me to say about that. Playing defense, obviously there was a collision and unfortunately he turned his ankle. I think it’s… you guys see the play, y’all can figure that out.”
