Jordan Poole received his technical foul of the season in the loss against the Lakers. The 23-year-old shooting guard is now 6 technical fouls away from a suspension.
His teammate Draymond Green, who has a reputation of letting the referees know how feel about their calls, does not want Poole to risk getting suspended.
“I don’t want him to walk the line,” the four-time NBA champion said. “I think I spoke about that before. It’s not really one you want to talk. It’s a battle you can’t win.
“But every man is gonna speak for themselves when they feel they need to speak. And I support everybody having their voice if you want to use it.
“But I mean quite frankly the one tonight was, like ‘Ah,’ he was slapping like this. It is what it is. You got to make sure he don’t get to 16.”
