The name of Tim Hardaway Jr. has been mentioned in trade rumors with the Cavaliers being named specifically as a team that is seriously interested in the Mavericks forward.
Hardaway is trying not to focus on the rumors and stay positive. “I’m just trying to stay positive, stay in the moment as much as I can, do whatever I can to help the team that I’m on right now and hopefully moving forward,” he said, per Tim MacMahon.
This season Hardaway is averaging 13.7 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 30.2 minutes per game.
After acquiring Kyrie Irving, the Mavs are reportedly looking to make more moves to increase the chances of contending for a championship this season. Christian Wood is another player who has been mentioned in trade rumors.
