As this season continues to make key progress, the New York Knicks are already receiving inquiries about one of their young pieces.

Sources told SNY’s Ian Begley that multiple teams have shown interest in Immanuel Quickley, as these suitors are calling to ask for the availability of the talented guard.

Quickley is now on his third year in the NBA as he was selected by the Knicks for the 25th pick of the 2020 Draft. He is currently averaging 7.5 points, 5.2 boards, 3.1 assists in 21.2 minutes this season.

The Knicks have picked up their fourth-year option on Quickley last offseason, which makes him extension eligible next summer.

Compared to his first two seasons, Quickley’s numbers are much lower. Should the Knicks intend to continue retooling or acquire additional assets, moving him can only be beneficial.
