Devin Booker led the Suns in scoring with 30 points as his team defeated the Mavericks in Game 2 of the second round series. It is just the second time that the 25-year-old star is playing in the playoffs and he is enjoying it.
“This is all I play for, just getting another dose of it…I missed it,” Booker said. “I don’t want to say we turn it on in the playoffs but it’s definitely a different energy. You can tell it from shootaround and to the game, and the energy of the fans they feel it all. It’s been fun.”
Phoenix now leads the series against the Mavericks 2-0. The next two games will be played in Dallas.
