The Brooklyn Nets earned their spot in the NBA playoffs by defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers in the play-in tournament. They will now face the Boston Celtics in the first round of the playoffs.

Kevin Durant, who scored 24 points against the Cavs, was asked after the game about stopping Celtics star Jayson Tatum. According to KD, the only thing the Nets can do is to play hard.

“That’s a tough question,” Durant said about slowing down Tatum, per ClutchPoints. “He’s one of those players you just got to play hard and see what happens. He’s just so talented and skilled and efficient at what he does. We gotta just play hard, and I expect us to.”

Tatum averaged 26.9 points, 8 rebounds and 4.4 assists in 35.9 minutes per game during the regular season.
