The past two years for Anthony Davis were hindered by injuries. The 29-year-old superstar played 36 games last season and just 40 games this season.
His injury issues prompted talks that maybe he is not taking care of his body well enough. But Davis says that is not the case and that the injuries were a result of accidents on the court.
“To be honest, my training methods were top tier. I can’t control stepping on someone’s foot and I can’t control someone falling into my leg. It’s not like I’m out of shape and I f—ing did some crazy s— or it was anything I could control.”
This season Davis is averaging 23.2 points, 9.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game.
