Frank Vogel reacts to Lakers losing against Jazz

The Jazz extended the losing streak of the Lakers to three games by defeating Los Angeles (122-109). Russell Westbrook led the purple and gold in scoring with 24 points as both Anthony Davis and LeBron James were out.

Lakers head coach Frank Vogel thinks that the game could have gone in another way if his players made few more three-pointers and stopped their opponents.

“I think our guys played hard and played together tonight, showed a lot of fight, it wasn’t good enough to get the W,” Vogel said postgame. “Few more stops and a few more made threes to go in for us and we’re talking about a different night. I do feel like we responded and played harder and played more together.”

Despite the loss, the Los Angeles has not really changed its situation. The Lakers remain in the eleventh place in the Western Conference and shares the record with the tenth-placed Spurs.
