The win against the Raptors was a little bit of a relief for the Lakers that were on a three-game losing streak and prior to this game have lost 11 straight road games.
For Russell Westbrook, who finished the game with a triple-double of 22 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, the win felt good but at the same he says that the team knows their capabilities.
“It’s crazy because, yes, you think that we should be like super hyped but we know as a unit what we’re capable of,” Westbrook said postgame.
“Yes it feels good to break our .. I think we lost 11 straight on the road … to break that streak. Yes, it feels great but we also know what our capabilities are and how we can be able to use this win to be able to move to the next one.”
