Jayson Tatum has been searching for stability in his performance through the first 17 games of the season. However, the Boston Celtics superstar was a sight to see vs the Los Angeles Lakers.

The All-Star forward got an appreciation for his efforts by the Celtics’ legend Bill Russell, after his amazing performance on Saturday.

Tatum has already made All-Star teams over the last two seasons, averaging 23.4 points in 2019-20, and 26.4 in 2020-21. Both the Celtics and Tatum started the season slowly, losing five of their first seven games at the start of the season.

Jayson Tatum carried his form from Atlanta (34 points) and dropped 37 points and 11 rebounds on LeBron James and co in the King’s first outing after the injury.

After three straight victories, the Celtics are finally above .500 and stand 6th in the Eastern Conference. After their wins against Oklahoma and Houston, Boston will look to carry its form vs Brooklyn and Kevin Durant on Thursday.
